Second Life As A Hobby

Second Life is a community of people from all over the world and in a variety of different countries, this is a game and a place where one can go to chat to people for a bit of company. It is a hobby because after work or during break time many people come onto Second Life if their bored or need something to do, having of been witness to this myself by talking to other friends. Inside there are games within a game that one could play and actually have some fun just with any other hobby, there are however people who take this seriously.

Taking Second Life seriously is usually done because in a sense you can earn a little bit of money from the game, lindens is second life currency which can then be converted into United States dollars. So rather than this game being a hobby it can also become much like work, a  lot do work from home just doing second life and creating items on it. Creations can take the form of clothing, boots, houses and a variety of buildings, others may include books and things people can use.

In all honesty one should not take Second Life into some kind of seriousness but there will always be those who do as it is a game which can be a past time or hobby in a sense of mind, if you do join the game just sit back, relax and have some fun in a world made to be your fantasy world a place you can enjoy and be what you want to be.

Role-Play

Someone is always asking me, what the heck is role-playing? well here it is Role-playing games are stories. You create one of the main characters, and you create a story around your character. The rest of the players also create stories around their characters. And there’s an narrator who brings those stories together. You can make your own stories and sometimes do not have to share with others, it's called solo role-playing and you do this in a role-play chat room, everyone around here always thinks it's about sex and it's not! I get so frustrated.
